Constanza has more than 20 years of experience as entrepreneur, founder, CEO, consultant and business executive of private and public corporations, and government institutions in Latin America and in the US. She founded GaussSoft, BBVA Horizonte in Colombia, AFP Prevision in Bolivia, and AFP Prevision in El Salvador. As a CEO of BBVA Horizonte, she sold the pension and savings funds management company to the Spanish group Banco Bilbao Viscaya Argentaria, in addition to acquiring and merging several other pension funds. She has also served as a CIO, CFO and COO at several government institutions and financial corporations.

Today, this broad experience allows her to successfully assist governments, new entrepreneurs and corporations, with their plans of international expansion. Currently she is CEO of GaussSoft Inc, the US subsidiary of a Latin American software company; Marketing and Business Development consultant for TECHBA, the Business Accelerator for Mexican companies in San Jose, California;  consultant for several Latin American IT companies, and Director of International Programs at The Enterprise  Network of Silicon Valley, a technology incubator.

Constanza has an Industrial Engineering degree with a minor in statistics from the University of Los Andes in Bogotá, Colombia and is a Certified Marketing Specialist from University of California, Santa Cruz.  She has also been a university professor, counselor, international lecturer, and member and president of Boards of Directors in corporate organizations.  She is bilingual in Spanish and English.

A member of the California Bar since 1982 and “avocat au barreau de Paris” from 1991 to 2001, Ian Stock helps French companies develop in Silicon Valley and negotiate with and understand their strategic American partners.
An international business lawyer of unparalleled experience in both Silicon Valley and France, Ian was born and raised in England. He earned his bachelors degree in Human Ecology at the University of California at Berkeley, and his doctor of laws in 1982 at the Yale Law School.
His initial training was with a corporate law firm in New York City. Ian then spent over ten years in France, working on a range of commercial transactions, including international licenses and M&A, for a Franco-American law firm. It was in France that Ian began working for his first start-up client, Immunotech in Marseille, and in France that he first became interested in the process of Franco-American negotiation and deal making.
After moving to Silicon Valley in 1997, Ian became Special Counsel at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, the prestigious Silicon Valley law firm widely credited with creating a new way to practice corporate law that is adapted to high-tech and biotech companies. Four years spent practicing in-house with high-tech companies culminated in his serving as General Counsel for a publicly traded fabless semiconductor manufacturer.
Ian founded EntrepreLaw in 2005 to help technology companies introduce new products and services by facilitating first-customer intellectual property licenses and new product sales. EntrepreLaw helps start-ups and expanding enterprises understand and develop strategic American partnerships and affect growth-affirming M&A and IP licensing deals.
Ian lives a few miles from the Pacific Ocean with his French wife Marie-Hélène and their bilingual children, four of whom were born in France.

Walter Kruz is a business and technology leader in Silicon Valley and currently the president of Recova Research, a business research and management consulting organization. With extensive experience in the application of IT to improve business performance, Mr. Kruz has held senior management positions at Silicon Valley companies in the computer, semiconductor and software industries. Mr. Kruz also teaches internationally and is an adjunct professor at several universities in Silicon Valley.  He is a co-founder of TCS, a management training and consulting organization in HCMC, Vietnam.  His present field of research involves the development of a formula for high business performance, meaningful metrics, innovation processes, and supply chain optimization. His publications include "The high performance enterprise" and others.

Mr. Kruz holds an MBA degree from Santa Clara University, an MS in Electrical Engineering and undergraduate degrees in Physics and Mathematics from San Jose State University.  He is trilingual in Spanish, English and French.

Lee Raney is the dynamic founder and President of Pivot Point Strategies, a Silicon Valley consulting firm focused on revenue acceleration for growing companies and non-profits.

Lee’s 27-year career has been focused on working with start-ups and emerging growth companies. She is noted for her expertise in revenue acceleration, operations process improvement, strengthening customer support operations, and synchronizing sales and marketing efforts.

A top sales producer for many years, she consistently achieved up to 150% of her quotas. Lee transformed her award-winning corporate sales career into helping others build dynamic businesses. With Pivot Point, she now combines the best of both worlds – corporate sales skills with business building strategies – to help entrepreneurs and fast-growing companies achieve their goals.

In addition to her corporate sales experience, she is an entrepreneur herself.  She previously founded an import/export business, Sorelli Imports, LLC, focused on high-end design products from Europe and Asia.  After growing the business to $1.2M, she sold it and focused her attention on turnaround situations.  Her firm, Advisory Services, provided interim management positions for troubled companies involved in turning around their businesses. Positions held include president, chief operating officer, vice president of business development, and executive director.

Prior to that, she held executive sales and marketing positions at GRiD Systems, Tandy Corporation, Poget Computer and Fujitsu Personal Systems.  Lee received her MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and her undergraduate degree in economics from Davidson College.

She is active in fundraising for the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and is the Speaker Committee Chair for Women in Consulting, a collaborative non-profit organization for independent consultants.  In addition, she is an Advisory Board Member of the Northern California Innocence Project and a founding board member of EGGS for Foster Children.
